Why does Alphagravel exist?

To provide the average independent developer a platform once available only to the biggest app development houses. By plugging into the Alphagravel platform using our SDK every developer instantaneous gets access to automated intelligent big data optimization of advertising content.
Because certain ad networks have not been completely honest with developers. They promise you a high CPM, get you on board, but after about a week of implementing their SDK they start reducing their ECPMs. This puts most developers in the 'never ending cycle' of testing, implementing, & removing SDKs of multiple ad networks. At Alphagravel, we do not go by the promises of ad networks, we simply look at how their inventories are performing in real-time and let our smart algorithm systematically work for you.

Yes. Alphagravel absolutely adheres strictly to the Google Developer Policy. Our SDK is 100% compliant with the Google Ad policy.

What mobile platforms does Alphagravel work on?

Android only, for now

Are Alphagravel ads safe?

Alphagravel constantly screens the ad networks it sources inventory from. We are not interested in showing adult ads or any ads that may offend any particular group.

Can Alphagravel cancel my account?

Yes. If we sense suspicious fraudulent activity we will close your account immediately without paying you any suspected illegally earned revenue. Our Alpha-cop technology is constantly screening for bots and will flag fraudulent activity in real-time. We reserve the right to ban you from the Alphagravel platform if nefarious activity is suspected

How often do you pay?

Weekly, if you earn up to $100 a week. Otherwise the end of the month after you earned up to $100.

Alphagravel is a mobile advertising platform with technology that enables our mobile application partners to show relevant advertising to their End Users. In order to provide relevant advertising, we collect and use certain information.
Alphagravel is deeply committed to protecting the privacy of all our users, both Clients and End Users. Therefore, the Alphagravel Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) is designed to clearly explain how we use and manage the Anonymous Information and Personal Information collected by our Services.

By using or interacting with our Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this Policy.

For Developers, and/or Publishers
If you are viewing any of our websites or using our Software Development Kit (SDK), in-order to sign up as a developer, advertiser, or publisher (“Client”), on sign-up you are entering into an agreement with Alphagravel (Agreement). That Agreement may contain additional privacy disclosures and obligations. If there is any inconsistency between the Agreement and this Privacy Policy, the Agreement prevails.

Information we collect from our Clients
As a Client, a user of our SDK, or visitor to our Sites, we collect certain information that you may or may not voluntarily provide to us. This is collected when you interact with our Services and provide us with information by filling out a form, signing up to use any of our services, or using our SDK. This may include your name, contact details such as e-mail address and payment details where relevant.
We also use Cookies, Web Beacons and other technologies to store and retrieve information to optimize your experience of the Services and more effectively run our Services.

Information we collect from End Users
As an End User of an App that utilizes Alphagravel’s Services, we may automatically collect or receive Information via SDKs or other means in order to effectively run our services.
The type of information we collect may include: generic geographic location, anonymous device identifiers for advertising, operating system versions, mobile applications names, language settings, device type information, mobile network settings, IP addresses, internet browser types where used to access the Services, details of any interactions with our Service.
We may also collect and store information locally on your device using mechanisms such as local storage identifiers. These local storage identifiers in no way damage your system or files and we primarily uses these identifiers to optimize our Service and to limit the number of ads you see and deliver more relevant ads to you.
We may receive Anonymous Information or aggregated information from our Clients or other third parties. This information may include device information or other information related to the ads we serve.
The Services may link to third party content. These parties are not within the control of Alphagravel and are governed by those parties’ respective privacy policies.

Use of your information
Alphagravel uses the information we collect about you to provide the Services and to optimize the Services to provide a better user experience to our Clients and End Users. For example, we may use your information in order to:
- operate, manage and improve the Services
- communicate with you to respond to your enquiries
- provide you with information about our Services
- provide you with more relevant ads and limit the number of advertisements you see
- do any other things that are related to your interactions with us and to facilitate our business operations

Disclosure and Transfer of Information
Alphagravel will not share your Personal Information except under any of the following circumstances:
- With Consent
  We may share your personal information to third parties when you have consented to such disclosure.
- Disclosure to Law Enforcement Agencies
  Alphagravel may be required to share information collected with law enforcement agencies. We will only do so to authorized government agencies where we are compelled to by law or if we believe we are acting in good faith and disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or to protect the interests of Alphagravel, its Affiliates, Clients or End Users.
- Disclosure to Affiliates
  Alphagravel may disclose your personal information to our personnel, agents, related companies, licensors, contractors, service providers and business partners (“Affiliates”). Some of our Affiliates may be overseas. Alphagravel may also share Anonymous Information with our Clients or other third parties in accordance with this privacy policy.

Security & Storage
Alphagravel takes reasonable steps to protect all information which we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. All personal information is kept on secure servers. Alphagravel minimizes the amount of time we store sensitive data on our servers and other data is only stored for as long as necessary in order to provide our services and /or comply with our legal obligations.

Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

Opting Out
In line with best practice in our industry, we respect End User’s rights to opt-out of receiving Interest Based Advertising. iOS devices include Apple’s advertising control features which can limit ad tracking using the “Limit Ad Tracking” setting. In Android devices, End Users can activate the “Opt out of interest-based ads” setting. Please note that even if you opt-out, you will still receive advertising but these ads will not feature interest-based ads that may be more relevant to you.

Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. The policy, as modified, shall appear on our mobile website; http://www.Alphagravel.com. Your continued use of and/or interaction with our Services is acknowledgement of your acceptance of these changes.

By downloading and/or using the Alphagravel software development kit along with any documentation that accompanies it (collectively, the “SDK”), you and the company or entity that you represent (“You” or “Your”) agree to this Alphagravel SDK License Agreement (“Agreement”). If You do not agree to all of the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the SDK, or access or use any Alphagravel Program (as defined below).

License Subject to Your compliance with this Agreement, Alphagravel, and its affiliates (collectively, “Alphagravel”) hereby grants You a limited, worldwide, personal, non-sub licensable, non-transferable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the SDK solely for the purpose of using any Alphagravel programs and/or services (each a “Program,” and collectively, the “Programs”).
Restrictions. Except as expressly permitted by Alphagravel, You shall not distribute the SDK to any third party, or directly or indirectly (or allow any third party to): (i) use the SDK to create (or facilitate the creation of) any product or service that is competitive with the Program including connecting to any other supply side platform or to any third party ad server using the SDK; (ii) rent or lease the SDK; or (iii) combine the SDK with other software such that You restrict or charge for access to the SDK. Further, if Alphagravel makes available and You use the SDK in compiled form, You shall not copy (except for backup purposes), decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the SDK (including the runtime components and any other portions thereof).
Device Data. You agree that the SDK will enable You to exchange information with Alphagravel about Your end user’s device and You and Your end users’ use of the Program subject to and as it is more fully described in the Alphagravel Policy Program currently located at http://www.Alphagravel.com. You further agree that in connection with the Program, we may exchange information that is collected from You, including but not limited to Device Data, with third parties who provide services in order to perform and improve the Program, subject to the terms You have in place with Alphagravel.
Ownership; Feedback. As between the parties, title, ownership, and all intellectual property rights in and to the SDK, and any copies or portions thereof, shall remain with Alphagravel and its suppliers or licensors. You agree that Alphagravel may collect and use comments, feedback, suggestions, and other information provided by You, if any, related to the SDK and that Alphagravel may use this information to improve, develop, and otherwise provide applications, services and technologies. You understand that Alphagravel may modify or discontinue offering the SDK at any time. The SDK is protected by the copyright laws of the United States and international copyright treaties. Nothing in this Agreement gives You a right to use any of Alphagravel and its affiliates’ trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, or other distinctive brand features. Alphagravel reserves all rights in the SDK not expressly licensed above. You agree that your use of any components of the SDK that are licensed under an open source software license are subject to and governed solely by the terms of the applicable license(s) for that software, and not by this Agreement. Open source software components provided with the SDK are listed here.
Updates and Support. If Alphagravel provides You with any upgrades, patches, enhancements, or fixes for the SDK (“Updates”), then such Updates that are provided will become part of the SDK and subject to this Agreement. Alphagravel shall have no obligation, however, under this Agreement to provide any Updates or any other support to You for the SDK. Alphagravel may make such support services available to You under a separate agreement and/or for a fee.
Warranty and Disclaimer; Indemnity. Alphagravel PROVIDES THE SDK “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND Alphagravel HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE SDK AND ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SDK IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR OTHER DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM SUCH USE. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alphagravel from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from Your use of the SDK.
Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES (AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) SHALL Alphagravel, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, COST OF SUBSTITUTE TECHNOLOGY, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, ACCURACY OF RESULTS, LOSS OF DATA, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION.
Termination. You may terminate this Agreement and the license granted herein at any time by ceasing your use of the SDK and destroying or removing from all hard drives, networks, and other storage media all copies of the SDK. Alphagravel may terminate this Agreement and the license granted herein immediately for any reason Alphagravel deems suitable, including but not necessarily upon notice to Your or if You breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon receiving notice of termination from Alphagravel, Sections 2 through 10 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Export Controls. You shall not distribute or export the SDK outside the United States in a manner that is prohibited by applicable export laws, restrictions, and regulations. You represent and warrant that You (i) are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country to which the United States has embargoed goods or services; (ii) are not identified as a “Specially Designated National;” by the Office of Foreign Assets Control; (iii) are not placed on the U.S. Commerce Department’s Denied Persons List; and (iv) will not access or use any Program if any applicable laws in Your country prohibit You from doing so in accordance with this Agreement.
Miscellaneous. You shall not assign or transfer any part of this Agreement to any third party. This Agreement represents the complete agreement concerning this license between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between them. If any provision of this Agreement is to be held unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without reference to conflicts of laws principles. The parties agree that the federal and state courts in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue under this Agreement, and the parties hereby agree to submit to such jurisdiction exclusively.
